The pay is so bad. They promise salary in the offer and then at the interview tell you you’re making an extremely low amount plus commission. News flash the commission is non existent if you aren’t AMAZING at sales. You have to be soo good at it, calling non stop and pushing people to make appointments and it’s not easy. Only certain people make commission and they’re the ones loved by managers.
I’ve seen people not get their commission from just one single customer not showing up, it’s not fair at all to lose that money.
If you aren’t full time, don’t expect to get a raise. They don’t offer raises to someone under 40 hours.
They encourage you to write fake good reviews for prizes
They expect you to be making an insane amount of appointments everyday, on top of on your other work and then tell you it’s so easy they don’t understand why you can’t do it. ITS NOT EASY.
You get hung up on, screamed at and called names all day long. Also most people don’t answer so out of 100 maybe 10 answer.
Calling in is awful. They don’t understand that people get sick and they write you up for every call in even if you’re puking.
The day drags on, it’s very repetitive.
