Pros

Good only for the Midwest.

Cons

Lies in training. Available for 4 apt slots 10,1,4,7. They market hours away from the office. Credit decline rate through the roof. They tell you you can get an advance and it takes like 6 weeks to get because their process is completely dumb. Only bath company I know that sends a measure out instead of take pictures and it takes a week. The call center will still send you to an apt hours away even knowing the customer cancelled just to see if you get in the door. They are rude to customers if they cancel at the door and to you as a co worker. Everything they tell you relates to the Midwest. Don’t believe the lies.Managers don’t do anything except run leads. They’re literally a rep with a gas card. I watched mine go through his commissions after calling us in an hour early for a meeting while we sat there and talked only for him to say the company owed him 17k. As if that isn’t enough the company still operates using paper agreements. I’m sorry what?

Pros

Money. And that's it. You have to wait months for commissions since you aren't paid until after the jobs are installed which is often 6 months later.

Cons

You make money but they give you ZERO transparency on what expenses are built into a job. They hope that since it's a big check, you will just be happy and won't care they skim hundreds of dollars off of each job. Expect 12-14 hour days with 3 days off every two weeks. You will probably put 50k miles on your car each year, and they are happy to send you 2 hours away. You will get a ton of no-shows and last-minute, same day appointments that will make you scream. They have no problem sending you all over, burning your own gas and destroying your car but you only get a mileage reimbursement if you hit certain closing percentages. I was a high producer and made over $300k/yr but still only earned my mileage reimbursement like 6 or 7 times. The dispatch department is PURE EVIL and they made me question all of my life decisions. Mad City is such a bad place to work, that I actually walked away from $300k/yr with no job lined up because I was going to end up in a mental hospital if I didn't.
