Pros
Great discounts, the chance to receive lots of free items, super cool team, and 25 days of PTO for full-time positions.
Cons
No PTO offered for part-time employees (even if the store closes during one of your scheduled shifts), abysmal associate pay, inconsistent hours and scheduling, occasional late nights, anything involving HR usually has extreme delays, no urgency on corporate/managements part regarding HR issues/hiring/transferring, very poor communication across the board.
