Pros
From my personal experiences working for Madico, I really enjoy the atmosphere, the employees, and the work. Madico is a family oriented company. The president like to make his appearance by walking through the work areas meeting and greeting employees and new members. He knows everyone by name. He likes to stop and have conversations with everyone. The company is growing and improving nicely. The upper management are very kind. If you run into any issues, they go out of their way to help you. They really went out of their way and helped me in my time of need with a personal matter, and help me the best way they could.
Cons
The only thing I can really think of is that I wish that they paid a little better. But like I said the company is growing and improving, so hopefully in the near future the salary will also grow. Raises are always nice🤑
