Pros
nice view from the office
Cons
morale across nearly all departments has seriously declined. There’s a huge disconnect between executive leadership and what employees are actually dealing with day to day. The CEO and leadership team seem completely out of touch with the reality inside the company, and decisions often feel reactive, disorganized, and poorly communicated. Sales, innovation, operations, and other teams are constantly under pressure with little support, unrealistic expectations, and nonstop turnover. The culture has become increasingly toxic, with employees feeling burned out, undervalued, and unheard. Leadership promotes a vision externally that does not match the internal environment at all. Many people are actively looking to leave, and it’s hard to see a clear direction for the company moving forward
