Solid benefits, you get your 40 hours in.
Cons
You are told to be on the phones for back to back calls. You are on rotating holidays, It is almost impossible to schedule PTO after the first 3 months of the new year, the provider list is completely out of date, and care managers refuses to take calls of anybody who they feel disrespects them, but it is ok that you are being threatened, cursed at, and treated horrible by callers/patients. They promote people who are not qualified,and when there are problems it is customer services fault.
