Pros
It’s a job. They are trying to invest in the Facilities so they look nicer and less like a hospital.
Cons
The benefits are awful and expensive for a “healthcare company”. Management heavy organization but little to no communications from the true C-Suite. HR doesn’t exist and makes you spend hours trying to find an answer to questions via apps and websites vs talking with someone. The company takes on new business without any clarity on how they will be profitable. Can anyone explain how we actually model our business decisions? The company also continues to acquire firms with no idea or plan on how to best integrate the companies and capitalize on synergies. New systems and technologies are pushed out with no training or communications. Users have to just figure it out amongst themselves. The company pushes for transparency in regards to individual performance goals with performance connections yet sends a basic email when bonuses are due stating....”we did not achieve target funding levels for our Incentive Compensation Plan” ....no communication on how much or what % would be funded yet there is supposed to be some specific mathematical formula that calculates the bonus pool. I would like to say I’m surprised but I’m really no longer shocked by anything here.
