Pros
Good pay, some good managers if you get lucky and peers, bonuses
Cons
Way more cons than pros. Some absolutely terrible and under-qualified managers, not even under qualified but unqualified period. They blame their employees when they don’t know stuff they should for sure know. But since they don’t they need someone to blame for not updating them, or for “not doing their job” etc. it’s actually embarrassing how little they know. No leadership but a TON of micromanaging from the really insecure managers. Overworked, no boundaries, managers message you at 10:30 on teams and on weekends. If you log off after an 8 hr day it’s frowned upon. Cuz neither the managers or some staff Know how to have a boundary. People have been bullied. I personally watched a peer be bullied by an employee and HRs response verbatim was- well I’m an optimist so I’d like to believe it was just a mistake.” I was floored. Huge favoritism and no one can have an original thought. They share one thought amongst them all and it’s super sad almost. The fact that upper management isn’t seeing the gatekeeping and the issues with their Directors- it’s just not gonna be pretty when all crap hits the wall. and lies they are being told. Wow. Also you’ll only move up if your a favorite and buy then boss things. She posts it on Instagram how her employees buy them things. And boom. Favorites.
