Pros
Met some really smart, cool and creative people. Free food half of the week and free coffee, although healthy options are limited.
Cons
Lack of a defined company structure. Either management doesn't appear to have a clue, or they are in on a very giant scam. No defined job roles, phrases like "drink from the firehose", "wear many hats" are thrown around to mask this. Hiring 6 idiots to do the job of 1 extremely qualified individual means the company "is growing" on paper, but practically will accomplish nothing. Overqualified individuals are underpaid, experience and qualifications are not utilized.
