Serious culture problem, not magical - Anonymous employee Magic Leap Employee Review

Toxic, unprofessional, hostile work environment. It has the worst company culture trickling from the top down with terrible leadership. Management is indecisive with no clear direction, very poor communication that misleads employees. Severe lack of policies, procedures and process. Instead of hiring the best leadership to take a good look at making real change to the culture, they lose their best talent and it's a revolving door. Free food and drinks don't make up for unhappy employees. Horrible work-life balance, very long hours, politics, constant fire drills, anxious stressed out management causing unnecessary stress on employees. No clear direction. Complete lack of empowerment.
