Amazing technology. Super talented and intelligent individuals work there.
Cons
There is a culture of secrecy. Too many mid-level managers are Empire Builders. Too much focus on what people would like to do versus what can actually be done given certain constraints. Certain departments don't understand the true customer and focus on internal agendas.
