Senior management is going to drive the company into the ground. They do not like to be challenge. Treating the employees like dirt is what’s rewarded with promotion. If you disagree with management and voice your concerns up the chain they will terminate you under false pretenses so that you don’t file a lawsuit for retaliation. Many lawsuits have been filed against this company is such a short period. Ask your self why? HR do not investigate issue they just side with the manager. The company want to be a great Tech company but they don’t have the right management to accomplish that goal.
