Pros
(Some) wonderful and smart people with a passion for tech. Interesting environment in which to learn.
Cons
This place is just a mess. Ambiguous and unrealistic goals, complete disregard for fiscal responsibility, very low ethics, and top execs with political ambitions run amuck. Such a shame to see such lack of focus and wasted talent.
