Generally terrible, some cool people - Anonymous employee Magic Leap Employee Review

Management and company structure were the worst I've ever seen, job duties were badly misrepresented, crunch was frequent and expected, transparency towards employees is non-existent, people would get black bagged (fired suddenly with no reason or notice) frequently creating a culture of fear and paranoia, teams were hostile to one another and often refused to share information, general decision making of the company was shockingly bad for the amount of money being thrown around.
