Pros

It is very upfront of what you are going to do, the pay is good for an entry level position. There is a chance to go further up in positions.

Cons

If this job isn't your cup of tea then you probably wont like it at all. The people are very off an on there isn't much structure and promotions are based 1 how popular you are 2 who was hired first and 3 if you know the job, in that order. they schedule you 4 days a week at 12 hours but you will leave at 10 hours regularly but will make you stay the 12 if needed. The 90 day process is very strict you can only be late or not show up once. If you are late twice or if your absent they will fire you no exceptions I mean none like a coworker of mine was told he couldnt go to the hospital when his daughter was being born or he would be wrote up. But like I said it is very straightforward and the job is simple but if its not for you, you will hate it.

Pros

Competitive pay and benefits were pretty good.

Cons

They matched GM's schedule and daily numbers which is fine if you're willing to work but it's a teamwork environment and always someone either not pulling their weight or something breaking down or I.T. issues makes 8hr days 10-12hr days OR car sells slow and you barely get 4-6hrs daily. There's no normal/smooth days or family life.
