- It's a lean team so expectations are higher than average, meaning hard work is required for success - Hours can be long depending on projects - A lot of new people being joining constantly as company is growing rapidly

As a career change new hire everyone has been very supportive and kind. There is an emphasis on learning and growth and over my time so far I have grown so much. It is a very collaborative group that wants to see everyone succeed. The work is remote but I have been able to meet everyone at this point so there is the human touch as well. Benefits and help with certifications are also great!
