Pros

Magnetek has a casual work environment with great employees. Pretty open communication across business functions. Great place to learn with many advancement opportunities. Very little micro managing.

Cons

There are a few inefficiencies and free riders within the company, however, these will be present within any business one works in. Raises seem to be based more upon tenure rather than performance, except that there is a formal performance review which does offer some increases above standard raises.

Great team to work with. The empolyees make the enviorment worth dealing with. Alot of help and supporting people. Great availability allowing to float hours when needed

Cons

No direction for growth. They speak of promoting from within but always choses to outsource. Will have you stuck n one spot they feel your good at and not allow you to grow out of that.
