Pros
It's a great company to get your foot in the door of the corporate world especially if you are coming in at the entry level for the first time in your career. An accumulation of knowledge is readily available from process learning and development to understanding the laws that are associated with the contingent workforce or temporary labor topics within the United States and Internationaly. Experience client facing and customer relations which assist in building and improving your interpersonal communication techniques as well as learning to communicate with large groups of individuals from worker, managers, and co-workers. PrO Unlimited is a great place to learn the tools needed to be successful in anything you do.
Cons
Lacks real future growth in that the internal ladder only goes so high before you need a grappling hook and gun to make it to the next level. Management is very secretive in regards to company information and in trusting its employees or providing an empowering feeling to its employees. Favoritism is common place as some employees within departments are constantly recognized for their contributions and others are not, "office politics reign heavy". Overall the company culture is far to 1980's in thinking and very conservative and lacks the innovative forward thinking; actually present thinking that is required to be a successful company or a company that people flock too to work.
