I have been with PRO for almost twelve years and have worked very closely with the senior leadership team during that time. The senior management team is hands on and involved in the day to day activities as well as the long term strategic planning of the company. The team is made up of caring individuals who really do care about their employees as individuals. They do expect each team member to perform at their best and bring something to the table, but provide you the opportunity to learn and grow if you are willing to put forth the effort.
