Pros
I love being part of a global organisation. My manager is very supportive. I am very fortunate to be able to work part-time so my work/life balance fits in with my families needs.
Cons
I sometimes feel like I am employed by my client, which is great, but they are my customer not my employer. I would like there to be more meetings to find more out about PRO - how we are performing etc. I also think there needs to be more training when someone first starts at PRO and training to be offered throughout the year. Mostly on Wand, when new enhancements are made. It would be good to see how other CSC's work at their clients.
