We work hard to create an equitable and fair work culture by ensuring that our hiring and promotion criteria are objective. PRO is also launching unconscious bias trainings to increase awareness within the company. In addition, a D&I committee has been formed to identify gaps and address any systemic issues that might stand in the way of a positive, equitable culture. If you have concerns regarding a specific hiring or promotion decision, please reach out to HR so they can share details of those decisions. • The Great Place to Work certification is run by a third party and individual responses are not accessible to PRO in any way. The culture brief part has low weightage and a company cannot be certified unless the anonymous feedback provided by employees is positive.
