Pros
To be fair in my review I would say it's a good place to work if you are looking for a stress free environment. If you enjoy: 1) stagnant environment 2) 9 to 5 schedule 3) do not like change 4) could care less about technology 5) office politics It would be an ideal place to be.
Cons
From my personal experience and conversations I had with people, who left the company the cons are: 1) low career development opportunity 2) small salary 3) difficult to get a promotion ( takes 3 to 5 years) 4) small % of salary increase 5) old school approach in management style and leadership 6) office politics and excellent relationship with upper management defines your career progress 7) no employee development or positive reinforcement 8) management place no value on its employees or does little to recognize the efforts
