* Inept middle managers. In my tenure, I only had one good director, my last one. * Lack of internal promotions to director level. Most were hired from outside, only a handful of internal promotions and they were all woman. In ten years, I should have seen at least one male be promoted to that level * Company is growing in double digits, yet no equity is shared with full time staff * Benefits are poor and over priced, no 401k Matching
