The benefits and company culture really allows me to have a great work/life balance. Although I work remotely, I have never had a problem with expressing my opinions and suggestions. I feel that I am always being heard. The culture facilitates great communication across the company and I am never scared to ask questions or reach out for help, even to employees who work in a separate department.

Cons

No cons at the moment. For me, this is a dream job.

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.
