Amazing company culture with an open door transparent environment. Very rarely can you work at a place where your coworkers care so much about the company success as well as the success of their fellow coworkers. There are no office politics here, and no corporate style power grabs. Everyone is shooting for the same goal - to build the best products in the industry and dominate the market. The company truly values the opinions and ideas of the employees. And cares about the wellness as well. Benefits are also great here. Plenty of PTO and you don't acrue it, you just get it! Some of the friendliest people to work with. And a lot of great minds coming together to collaborate as a whole. We're growing with exciting things on the horizon.
Cons
Growing so fast can cause a lot of delays on things that should be done, but get deprioritized. This is more a resource issue that can cause you to be stuck on something you may not love longer than you hoped, and watching great initiatives get put on hold.
