Pros
Pathfinders are incredibly friendly - it's never hard to ask someone for help or just reach out to talk. People take pride in what they do and work hard, which is reflected in the product and in team relationships. There's a lot of flexibility with WFH and PTO/work hours - it's great to be able to duck out for an appt/errand/family time when needed. Great work/life balance that people encourage.
Cons
Salaries could be better - cost of living is rising basically everywhere and comp is slow to keep up with that and rising competitive rates. Additionally, we're going through a big transition period with acquisitions, company identity, and more, and there can be confusion with how departments work together, who's working on what, how to fully integrate acquired people and new hires, etc. Finally, diversity could be better - it's slowly improving with some new initiatives but sometimes Zoom meetings look like a glass of whole milk
