Even before the pandemic, very remote friendly, fun environment that is work hard/play hard Talented and friendly employees

Cons

Low salaries (your colleagues who can't complete their own jobs without your help are getting paid more than you) Diversity/inclusion does not exist. My boss only promoted males who had no experience managing employees, yet alone the specific roles that were on their team No career paths, if you work here say goodbye to any career goals

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.
