Not really a con, but you have to have the ability to self learn, research, and troubleshoot. This job will provide you the resources/training to do what you need to do, but you need to be able to walk the path yourself.

Pros

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.
