Pros

* supportive environment with highly collaborative colleagues * cut-to-the-chase, high-speed decision-making * flexibility in everything from ways of working to working arrangements * remote- and distributed-friendly environments * good benefits, PTO, etc. * transparent and casual communication from senior leadership * hard on the problem, not on the people

Cons

* data to inform decisions can be cumbersome to come by (for some products more than others) * well-intentioned flexibility and empowerment results in inconsistencies in ways of working between teams which can cause inefficiencies * institutional knowledge can be shallow given growth

Pros

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.

Pros

Great product market fit with a strong offering in a competitive niche

Cons

Sales leadership has since changed, but 0% of reps hit quota (and it seemed to be designed this way to underpay reps)
