- fast paced - welcoming environment - tons of rooms to grow, there's always more to take on

Cons

- hard to feel connected to others - low diversity with no initiatives in sight - benefits were okay - communication was not always transparent - clear favoritism -directors and above weren't always held accountable

Mailgun is a great company to work for. There is a great work/life balance, you feel appreciated by leadership, and the work is satisfying. The PTO plan is also amazing.

Cons

It could be that career advancement might be slow, but you have to put in the effort for it.
