Pros
1. Independence. No one will ever bother you with anything more than what you are supposed to do. If everything on the daily and weekly checklist is marked done, you are good to do whatever you want with the time you have left. 2. Can't think of anything else worth sharing.
Cons
1. No growth. There is no growth. Not a good career option. If you are okay being in the same position, taking 50 cent increments a year, this is for you. If you want to grow there are no opportunities within the company. You will have to grow on your own outside the company, which might mean leaving the company.
