Very tight community - Annual Performance Based Wage Increases - Advancement Opportunities for non-managemeny staff
Cons
Difficult to advance in management - Leadership does not appreciate lower level leadership (manager/supervisor) - performance expectations differ between offices, staff in same roles but more responsibilities are not fairly compensated resulting in continuous turnover for beginner roles such as PSR, Scanners, Phone Reps, Referrals.
