Flex work; 3 days WFH and 2 in office; starts after completing 6 months in current position working full time in office. They are always hiring.
Cons
Horrible pay; they do not value their employee’s’ talent; don’t prioritize mental health, employees are burned out but they still want one person to complete the task of 3. Employee turnover rate is through the roof. They will offer promotion with the least amount of pay increase but the workload increase is abnormally large. Many people turn down promotions for this reason.
