Challenging, Rewarding, and Fun! - Account Representative Mainstream Engineering Employee Review

I have been working for at Mainstream for a little over a year and a half. I LOVE IT HERE! There are so many good things to say I don't know where to start. Working for a family-owned business can be stressful, but Mainstream strives to keep work fun, yet challenging and rewarding. I come in to work everyday with a positive attitude and a smile on my face. One thing I love about Mainstream is all of my co-workers, everyone treats each other like family and that is hard to come by. I also enjoy the fact that I work in an environment that encourages new ideas and perspectives. They also offer plenty of benefits including 401K, Health, Dental, Vision, Vacation, and Holiday-Pay. Not to mention even more benefits like Holiday Parties, Company Picnics, Beer Friday's, Lunch n Learns, and Free Sodas.
