Very positive sales culture. Not like other tech companies where quotas are completely unattainable and promised results to investors are exaggerated, which makes the environment very stressful. Here the objectives at MaintainX are ambitious, but fair. They also have a very tight interview process, which ensures everyone who is hired is well chosen.
