great product, always improving and developing. truly a leader in the market and priced well some nice helpful people to work with.
Cons
pay is below market for all sales functions - BDR, AE, SE teams. lack of investment in tools, having to share docusign and zoominfo accounts. as another review mentioned, less than 50% of team hits quota. (despite the fact that some reps over perform). sometimes announcements aren’t communicated effectively because there’s no consolidated place for it - sometimes on internal chat, sometimes on notion, sometimes through a training a few inexperienced mid-level managers
