Pros
What I liked about joining blur was that they didn't pigeon-hole you. They look at you as a person and the skills you can bring to the role and the business. There is room to grow, and opportunity to progress - but you have to work hard for it. At blur you have the chance to shape and influence the future of the business on a level that you would not get in most businesses.
Cons
If you don't like working in a fast-paced, demanding environment and just want a 9-5 role, blur isn't for you. People are here because they want to make a difference, they recognise the potential of what blur could be and are prepared to put in the effort to succeed. Working in a fast-growing business such as blur means there is constant change and you need to be adaptable to keep up! It's not for everyone - but if you thrive on a challenge and an ever-changing environment, you'll do well here!
