Pros

The part-time and full-time staff on the floor are amazing. Unfortunately, the management/upper management know this and use it to that staff's disadvantage.

Cons

The treatment of part-time employees is the worst I've ever seen. "Out of earshot, they refer to part-timers as children and full-timers as adults." The pay is terrible. The mandatory 30 minute break for part timers is discouraged and not even expressed to new hires that if they work 6 or more hours, they are entitled by NYS law to give their workers 30 minutes. This not explained at all, but rather, when you are hired, you are told people usually go downstairs to grab something to go or have something delivered and eat at their stations. The hours are terrible, and there will be no consideration for a short turnaround. You could easily be scheduled for 4pm-12am and then be on for 8am the next day. No vehicle transportation for late-night workers. Not to mention the disrespectful way the people on the multimedia floor are treated, Talked down to with zero respect. If you don't have any other option and don't want to move up in a company, this is your spot!

Pros

Great fast paced job environment. Everyone there truly wants to be there. If you love baseball just a great place to be.

Cons

Management is very poor. Upper management in Production is a very “bro” environment. If you go drinking and play golf and can hang with the “bros” you are taken care of. Not at all great with females or diverse people. Very non diverse and extremely misogynistic environment. People, especially the head person(s) in production, would be suspended or fired in another less dysfunctional company. Also the leaders are really out of touch with what goes on below them. They rely heavily on middle management to run things while they hide from the decisions and responsibilities. I also found the HR dept to be specifically out of touch with the staff, what they do daily, and who is doing the actual work.
