Pros

Co-workers for the most part are like-minded sports fans Free pass to regular season games Medical is fully paid by company (or was when I was there)

Cons

From the top down, hurling insults at your minions is presumed to be the proper way to improve the quality of their work. On what planet?

Pros

Great fast paced job environment. Everyone there truly wants to be there. If you love baseball just a great place to be.

Cons

Management is very poor. Upper management in Production is a very “bro” environment. If you go drinking and play golf and can hang with the “bros” you are taken care of. Not at all great with females or diverse people. Very non diverse and extremely misogynistic environment. People, especially the head person(s) in production, would be suspended or fired in another less dysfunctional company. Also the leaders are really out of touch with what goes on below them. They rely heavily on middle management to run things while they hide from the decisions and responsibilities. I also found the HR dept to be specifically out of touch with the staff, what they do daily, and who is doing the actual work.
