Pros
Working on baseball for a living can be fun. Contributions impacting millions of customers feel cool before the luster wears off. There's a group of people within the company pushing for more inclusive and supportive culture, be they small in number and usually overruled by top leadership.
Cons
The company culture is a bit dated. They lock people in at whatever compensation they enter with few raises beyond cost of living. Being on call doesn't make much sense for many client devs given app submission time requirements, but they insist on it anyway to make upper management happy with "hair on fire" situations we can't remedy in the middle of the night. Team initiatives are often overruled by upper management and reorgs. Every time you get into a groove after 8-12 months, something will change and send everything into disarray. The "Game of Thrones" nature of the Commissioner's reports gets tiresome. The "free tickets" program is ridiculous and embarrassing. Taking a guest to the park saying "well, let's see if we can actually get into the game this time" is just silly.
