Pros

The MajorKey leadership team is available and supportive. New ideas are encouraged and taken seriously. They continue to invest in their people and the business which gives new opportunities for everyone. My peers care and respect each other and work in a professional manner. Being close to the business strategy, I feel very comfortable and confident with where the leadership team is taking the company. Benefits: Salary and bonuses are competitive. Employee benefits and employee events continue to get better. Offer more holiday's than most technology companies.

Cons

MajorKey went through two rebrands in a few months. Rebranding twice in such a quick timeframe can make it difficult for employees to feel comfortable about what's next. However, the core business and it's employees did not change and the leadership team has been open and transparent in their communication. The new brand story will need to continue to evolve. Benefits: No cons. Better options and cheaper than competitors I worked for in the past.

Pros

The leadership team is engaged, the people are incredible, remote flexibility and excellent benefits. I was always treated with respect and loved my time there! Would highly recommend.

Cons

Easy to feel disconnected in consulting.

Pros

As it pertains to getting work done, I had a good experience. Though I would likely need to sync up with team members that were less capable than I for reporting purposes. I am not 100% sure this was everyone’s experience but it was mine. Mostly I was left alone to complete my work.

Cons

Management and the PMs had a “helicopter” style. I would ask for support frequently however they would only involve themselves if there was a problem. If memory serves, Management was not reachable and the only incident where we communicated was when I was let go during a layoff. This was obviously poor form on their part and they apologized.
