      Plenty of coaching that are meant to help improve but really just sh*t on you for metrics that are impossible to hit in your first few months. Snippy snide remarks if you ask a question.

      Terrible communication A joke of all things Structural Working from home goooooooood luck even trying to get things down in your first month.
