Unless you are someone before makeready took over the property, you are completely expendable and most employment from even the best employees is only 6-10 months. They let go of great workers, higher management doesnt foster and cultivate workers, communication is dreadful, leaders of the company pay mean girl type antics and reward kissing up over actual quality work. Hence the quality of the venue goes down due to rotating employees and low standards of managment.

I certainly agree team members are not all replaceable, and I personally depend on it to build the foundation of our company as do the like-minded leaders at home office and the properties beyond.
