      Pros

      Had never run into a problem receiving my paycheck

      Cons

      No Human Resources department in the office, no set end time for scheduled shifts, no windows so no choice but to inhale grime/dust that come off shipments, working with an ignorant co-worker who uses “the hard R” in his daily speech yet my co-workers were desensitized to this and deemed this okay?…

      Pros

      - Small team - Managers communicate with each other - semi-casual work environment - extremely detail oriented work environment - usually has a Christmas bonus

      Cons

      -No HR presence in handbooks, emails, or anywhere an employee could look - No training during onboarding (very learn on the fly) - No progress reviews (quarterly, yearly, etc.) - No increase in wages after years of working - Lots of raised voices in the offices - work life balance is not exactly encouraged… - Discouraged from advancing professionally
