Good for resume if you require a background check due to the fact that they do a pretty intense background check. Good place to network especially if you would like to purchase jewelry.

Cons

The new person hired is the one that will be released even if they had NO TRAINING AT ALL on the problem they are having. They will FIRE YOU for something than they haven't trained you for rather than something you have trained for without any WARNING.

- Small team - Managers communicate with each other - semi-casual work environment - extremely detail oriented work environment - usually has a Christmas bonus

Cons

-No HR presence in handbooks, emails, or anywhere an employee could look - No training during onboarding (very learn on the fly) - No progress reviews (quarterly, yearly, etc.) - No increase in wages after years of working - Lots of raised voices in the offices - work life balance is not exactly encouraged… - Discouraged from advancing professionally
