- Small team - Managers communicate with each other - semi-casual work environment - extremely detail oriented work environment - usually has a Christmas bonus

-No HR presence in handbooks, emails, or anywhere an employee could look - No training during onboarding (very learn on the fly) - No progress reviews (quarterly, yearly, etc.) - No increase in wages after years of working - Lots of raised voices in the offices - work life balance is not exactly encouraged… - Discouraged from advancing professionally
