Pros
* A great family owned company that truly cares for the employees, you are not just a number to them and it shows. * Great work life balance. We are salary but they encourage an 8 hour work day/ 40 hour work week. They stress how important family time is and they back it up. * The owners are heavily involved in everything. They will go to a branch to help out when needed and they actually work. They do not act like they are too good to help. * You have a whole team of people to help you in any way possible.
Cons
Honestly...Nothing!!! Staffing in itself can be stressful because you are dealing with people showing up to work, showing up on time to assignments etc. but that is the nature of the job, that will be with any staffing company.
