Pros

Work/life balance is great. Can usually get the time off you're requesting.

Cons

-Cannot work from home. -They preach positive culture but it is no where near a positive culture. -Management does not support their team or are there for them at all. -The "training" for employees is non existent.

Unfortunately there wasn't any pros

Cons

There was a lot of micromanage, coworkers screaming at you for any little thing that you did, even if it was for wanting to take a break and management tolerating the behaviour
