Pros
Best benefits in Utah, genuinley a fun place to work. Understanding work/life balance, generous holidays. Full of good intentions.
Cons
The financial outlook is dire, characterized by a lack of clarity and planning. The company suffered from overforecasting demand during COVID projections. The environment is not conducive to growth or opportunity, lacking defined goals or vision beyond an omnibus of vague company values. Execution is poor due to ineffective leadership and indecisiveness, compounded by numerous distractions from the core business. The workplace is highly political in the worst way, fostering backstabbers, and sycophants. The management team is extremely siloed, often discussing and living in realities completely disconnected from their direct team members. They paint a rosy pictures to employees while planning layoff after layoff, with no financial relief in sight and dwindling willing partners to bail them out. If you are not part of the "In" crowd you feel that your job is in jeopordy. "Pitching in" is preached but not appreciated; Even though they ask for help with things not pertaining to your job, when you do the task it takes away from your value.
