Pros

Great company culture, leadership recognizes accomplishments, fun team oriented atmosphere. The company truly cares about the customers (business and consumers alike) and it leads to an environment where people can do what is best for the customer, not just the bottom line.

Cons

Still working out the kinks in enterprise business offerings and causes tension between the consumer driven product and initiatives vs business focused initiatives. This is minimal though and overall people work together nicely.

Pros

Very supportive managers and a fun, highly collaborative team. The department fosters an environment where ideas are openly shared and opportunities for improvement are discussed constructively without toxicity. Truly the best company I’ve worked for so far.

Cons

The interview process was somewhat lengthy, and salary discussions were not entirely consistent.

Pros

It was okay before the favoritism and gender pay gaps

Cons

There is a lot of favoritism. When I found out I was making far less than a male coworker in the same role with less years of experience, they did nothing to rectify the situation. Also, the CEO is far too involved in Product and dictates rather than collaborates
